Increased by: raising arms, sleeping, poor posture

TOS scan findings: observation
FHP
Possible UE discoloration

Possible upper thoracic restriction

Decreased strength/endurance in posterior shoulder/scap muscles w/FHP

Due to decreased elasticity and sensitivity w/ age or inflammation from acuity
Neurodynamic tension restriction: Rx
POLICED
Motion w/o resistance or symptoms
No neural mobilizations
Neural adhesion presentation
If reproduced from one end and held then relieved from other end.
FHP and musculoskeletal issues
Reduced circulation, compressed diaphragm, decreased anti-gravity action of stabilizing mm., T1-6 jt hypomobility,
“Tent” borders
Walls: anterior and middle scalene
Floor: rib 1
Contents: brachial plexus and subclavian artery
