Products Strict Liability

Applies when product is sold by merchant who deals in goods of that kind.

Implied Warranty of Fitness for Particular Purpose
(1) Seller knows or should know of the particular or special needs of the buyer AT the time of sale and
(2) Recommends product with that knowledge
