A
A valid contractual relationship or business expectancy between plaintiff and a third party that would have, in all probability, been completed;
The defendant had knowledge of the business relationship;
The defendant’s intentional interference induced a breach or termination of the relationship; AND
The breach resulted in a loss to the plaintiff.
