  • elevated shoulder girlde
  • lump/mass in SCM
  • limited ROM
  • difficulty visual tracking
  • assymetry of face/skull
  • difficulty breast feeding
  • plagiocephaly co-existing 80-90%
  • hip dysplagia 20%
  • scoliosis
  • club foot
  • metarsus adductus

  • breech birth
  • large birth weight
  • sustained head down position
  • decreased circulation to SCM
  • cervical spine anomaly/malformation
  • forceps delivery

A
  • plagiocephaly
  • asymmetry of ears
  • depression of the side of the neck
  • flattening of the mandible
  • upward tilting of the lower jaw and gums
  • elevation of TMJ
  • limited movement of the neck
  • asymmetries of the back, chest, hips and ft
