A
Child cannot sue parent,
UNLESS there is an insurance that will cover the damages
- if there is, child can only recover up to the policy limits

A
waived: 200K/300k limits
Can sue the state of FL for damages not to exceed 200K per plaintiff AND 300k aggregate (per accident/incident)
