Requirements for MIS

1. Maximum area of MIS to be provided:
   Residential building – based on total number of units.
   Non-residential building – based on total gross floor area.
2. MIS can be split into 2 or more separate locations but the total combined area shall not exceed the maximum amount stated in (1)
3. Where the MIS is located in an open space (e.g. on the roof top) and the MTLs still require lighting and ventilation to be provided, then the MTL will bear the cost and expenses.
4. MTL is allowed to use the MIS of one building to provide mobile coverage to any land or building located outside of the development.
5. Request for additional MIS will be paid by MTL
6. Each MTO should be provided with at least 8m2
