Answer 2

1. 2 or more persons reached an agreement
2. That agreement continued at the time the offence was committed
3. One party committed a different offence, the accomplice will be liable for that offence if she/he was aware that the other offence would probably be committed during the course of carrying out the agreed crime
4. It is not necessary that the accomplice wanted or intended the extra offence to be committed
