What is branch based banking?
A
It’s suitable for people who prefer face-to-face contact with people they know. By visiting the branch, people are able to obtain up to date statements, move money, and apply for finance.

What is telephone banking?
A
The customers can telephone a call centre and access infomation to their account. They are then able to speak to someone about any aspect of their account, in the same way you would in branch. Telephone banking is good for people who need to make payments or find infomation quickly.
