  • one used purpose illustrations on pastel background and included a man in expensive smart casual clothes
  • subtitle encourage customers to ‘embrace your full life’ and used slogan ‘when your life becomes about more than just you’
  • HSBC personal current account- set ins domestic kitchen and focused on a young couple to appeal to average homeowners
  • colours were bold and brighter with a big red box related to account switching
  • had simpler language, more conversational, highlighting the accounts everyday usefulness and handy extras
