How do you calculate PGR?
Population Growth Rate
= (births - deaths) + (immigrants - emigrants).
PGR = (B - E) + (I - E) PGR = ... + ... PGR = ...
Define “infant mortality rate (IMR)”.
The number of deaths of babies under one year of age per 1000 live births in a given population in a given period of time.
Give 3 reasons why developing countries have high infant mortality rates.
