Suburbanisation is the movement of people to the residential areas of the city, known as suburbs.

Rebranding refers to places given a new identity to increase attractiveness and socio economic success.

Regeneration is the long-term upgrading of existing places for urban, rural, industrial and commercial areas. Designed to tackle inequalities.
