What is nuclear power and how can it be used to create energy?
Nuclear power comes from nuclear fission,nuclear power reactors use heat produced during atomic fission to boil water and produce pressurized steam.
How is nuclear energy sustainable?
It is sustainable because it is made from the spliting of urainium atoms meaning no emmisions are being used making it very sustainable.
What are the causes of Chernobyl ?
Number Four reactor at the nuclear power plant at Chernobyl went out of control during a test leading to an explosion and fire that demolished the reactor building and released large amounts of radiation into the atmosphere. Safety measures were ignored, the uranium fuel in the reactor overheated and melted through the protective barriers.
What are the impacts of chernobyl?
Release of radioactive material into the atmosphere,many people had to relocate due to chernobyl
What is a superpower nation?
a large or powerful nation, often consisting of several smaller nation
Who are the emerging superpower nations?
BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa)

How do goverments contribute to globalistation?
It involves removing price controls, breaking up monopolies (e.g. trade union monopolies of labour supply) and encouraging competition - including foreign competition, which increases efficiency further and promotes globalisation.
What are Inter-governmental organisations (IGOs)? How do they impact?
The term intergovernmental organization (IGO) refers to an entity created by treaty, involving two or more nations, to work in good faith, on issues of common interest. In the absence of a treaty an IGO does not exist in the legal sense
