combination of equality, fairness, and access in fair, moral, and impartial treatment of all humans.
what is equality?
equal treatment of all individuals in society with respect to rights and opportunities.
what is fairness?
judging behaviour and decisions based on freedom from bias, honesty, and adherence to rules.
what is access?
ability to maintain or make use of something, crucial for justice but not equally accessible to all.
what is procedural fairness?
involves fairness in decision-making during dispute resolution, including fair hearing and no bias rules.
what is rule of law?
concept that no one is above the law, ensuring known laws applied equally to all.
what is anarchy?
state of society without laws or state rule, leading to chaos and disorder.
what is tyranny?
occurs when a ruler holds absolute power without checks, leading to arbitrary actions and no justice.
