What is History?
History examines and questions past people and past events.
Why do we study history?
We study history to examine the past and learn from past events in order to better understand the presence and better prepare for the future.
What is a historian?
A historian is someone who studies history.
What is evidence?
Evidence is a body of facts or information indicating if a belief is true or valid.
Types of evidence.
Visual- evidence we can see
Oral- evidence we can hear
Physical- evidence we can touch
Written- evidence we can read
What is Primary evidence?
Primary evidence is first hand evidence that comes from the time where the event took place.
What is secondary evidence?
Secondary evidence is evidence that is gathered after the event took place.
What is Chronology?
Chronology is the study of when things happened.

Millennia is how long?
AD- The time after christ birth.
Bc- The time before christ birth.

What is an Anachronism?
An anachronism is an object or a person that is not in the right time period.
What is an Interpretation?
An interpretation is how people look at the same sources and each get a different opinion.
What is bias evidence?
Is evidence gathered when having an unfair or balanced opinion.

why- why was it
When- when was it
What- what happened
What are Causes?
The causes of events relates to the reasons why an event occurred.
What are Consequences
The consequences of an event relates to what happened after.
