Describe a challenge you have faced at work and how you handled it?
“When I started work in my last job, a senior team member dismissed my ideas during team meetings, and when I asked them for guidance, they refused to help. I was determined to build a good relationship with them. I persevered and made small talk during work breaks and eventually the working relationship improved. By not taking their actions personally, and by trying a different approach, I was able to build the relationship for the teams benefit.”

“In 5 years, I see myself working for your company in this position with more responsibility or having
earned a promotion. In 5 years, I would have experience across different departments and be someone who could be utilized by the company to train new team members.”

“My dream job is one where I work in an industry I am passionate about, collaborate on tasks and
