What is the contact area?

A

Where each tooth touches an adjacent tooth.
Crown of the tooth is divided into thirds… the contact point is usually in the middle third (except for incisors)

A

V-shaped gaps between the teeth, above (occlusal embrasures) and below (gingival embrasures) the contact point

A

The junction between two surfaces, eg mesiolablial line angle joins the mesial and labial surface.
