3 flautas filled with shredded chicken and montery jack, served with salsa quemada & guacamole, garnished with chipotle cream sauce and queso fresco
Crispy pork belly
oven roasted pork belly, served over charro beans, covered in chipotle crm sauce, onions, cilantro, and served with choice of corn or flour tortillas
corn on the cob
fire roasted & fried elote, covered in lemon mayo, garnished with queso fresco, chili powder, and cilantro. Can be cut off the cob

Citrus cooked in lime juice, mixed with red onion, serrano chile, cucumber, pico, and avocado. Served with 3 crispy tortillas
