2006 - was reported that 200,000 workers in a Shenzen factory were regularly working over 60 hours per week for around $100/month. - Rumours suggest sweatshop conditions.
2010 - 50 workers at Lianjian technology (subcontracted company of Foxconn) were poisoned by toxic chemical used to clean iPad screens.
2009 to 2010 - were 14 suicides of Foxconn factory workers. Due to pressure and poor working conditions.
