I am a very hard worker, dependable, trustworthy person. This related to flying because you want pilots that are there at the airplane on time, that are not calling in sick once a week, someone that can be depended on. This is even more important when being in position such as Chief pilot or assistant chief pilot or an instructor. You want someone that people feel like they can trust, that is hard working, and dependable.
Do you have any recent traffic violations? If so, please explain.
-unfortunately about a year ago I did. I received my first speeding ticket driving while I was on the way to the gym. I think I was just distracted, a lot on my mind and didn’t realize how fast I was going before It was too late. It was my fault with nobody else to blame, I should have been paying a little more attention.
