- shall refers to the union of two or more existing cooperatives belonging to the same category to form new cooperative called consolidated cooperative.
*CONSOLIDATION
- shall refer to two or more cooperatives which are parties to merger or consolidation.
*CONSTITUENT COOPERATIVES
shall refer to one promotes and undertakes savings and lending services among its members.
