12-1.315 Prohibitions
12-2.09 Fishing from piers and wharves
(b) No person shall fish in any portion of the harbor, except in those areas designated for such activity by the Director and posted accordingly. All fishing from any pier or wharf shall be subject to the following conditions:
(1) No overhead casting shall be permitted at any time; and
(2) No individual shall occupy more than two (2) fishing positions or have more than two (2) fishing lines in the water at any one time.

12-2.07 Bicycle and skateboard riding.
Where are bicycles and skateboards allowed on the pier?
Bicycle and skateboard riding is prohibited on any portion of any pier, wharf, public area, parking structure, or City-owned property where posted, except as may be otherwise provided for in this Code.
Skateboarding shall be permitted on any portion of International Boardwalk Pad #10 which is hereby designated by signage as a skateboard park.
12-3.01 Beach tents and umbrellas.
Are umbrellas or beach tents allowed on any public beach in the City of Redondo Beach?
No person shall erect, maintain, use, or occupy any tent, lodge, shelter, or structure, except umbrellas without windbreaks, on any public beach in the City. No guy wire, guy rope, or exterior brace or support shall be connected, fastened, or maintained between any beach umbrella, or any portion thereof, and any structure, stake, rock, or thing outside of such umbrella.
