A
Minimum depth in front: 4/32 (no recaps or re-grooved)
Minimum depth in rear: 2/32 (can be recapped or regrooved)

Inflation
A
Check with a tire gauge

Sidewall
A
Check for damage, dry rot, cuts, bulges, abrasions or excessive wear

Valve stem
A
Securely mounted, has cap, and is not leaking, no dry rot

Wheels
A
Not cracked, bent, or broken, no repair welds

Lug nuts
A
Make sure they are tight and not cracked, no rust trails, or shiny threads

Hub seals
A
Make sure the bolts are tight and there are no excessive leaks

Rear duals
A
Evenly spaced, nothing between the tires, same size tires, spacers properly centered, no debris
