A

Daily schedule (treat your personal time as if you’re planning for work, enforce hard stop to encourage serious consideration of time/deadline)

Explain habit stacking

A

Act of activity immediately done after the end of another activity.

E.g activity 1: wake up from sleep, activity 2: wash hands, etc. Stack it up in a sensible way. Once this becomes a habit, alot of time is saved and it value adds to the point contribution system.

A

For each type of activity, reflect on the time goal you had decided to commit and the end goal where you visualized yourself achieving.

E.g: Commit house chores to 3 hours a week and visualizing myself being a dependable husband and father and feeling great about being an all rounder despite work and personal activity on top of my schedule.

What do you think of when planning daily schedule? Family Activities

A

For each type of activity, reflect on the time goal you had decided to commit and the end goal where you visualized yourself achieving.

E.g: Commit family activities at least 2 hours on work days and 6 hours on off days and visualizing myself having a deep bond with wife and kids being able to share good or bad things comfortable with each other and achieving love, peace and stability within the household.

A

For each type of activity, reflect on the time goal you had decided to commit and the end goal where you visualized yourself achieving.

E.g: Commit self-improvement for at least 4 hours a week and visualizing myself being healthy, strong, smart, organized and ultimately contented and satisfied. I am at peace with my creator Allah and able to live a fulfilling life.

Task management(point contribution system, separate trello by time goal, doing/not doing)

Explain point contribution system for task management

A

Separate tasks between urgency & importance. E,g assign urgent task 2 points and important task 2 points thus the higher points it is the more valuable it is to be given priority.

Not important and not urgent task are usually due to other people. Try to get them to know your schedule or schedule meetings with them to address issues all at once.
