Electric shock like pain in the spine and extremities occurring with neck flexion suggesting cord compression

Highly sensitive, not specific
Contralateral is highly specific but not sensitive

How does Lyme arthritis present?
Monoarticular arthritis or symmetric oligoarthritis
Weeks to years after primary infection
Gonnococcal arthritis
Starts as tenosynovitis prior to mono or oligoarthritis, with vesiculopustular lesions on the extremities.
Reiter’s syndrome
Starts 2-6 weeks following urethritis or enteric infection, classic triad arthritis, conjunctivitis, urethritis
Diffuse alveolar hemorrhage
Hemoptysis, pulmonary infiltrates, drop in hemoglobinj
Treated with high dose steroids, cyclophosphamide, embolization or plasma exchange
Polyarteritis nodosa abdominal complications
Can have arterial rupture of renal or other arterial aneurysms
