no, subjective: toxic leadership tears down cohesion between leaders and their soldiers

how can you use this is my squad for new in-processing soldiers coming to your teams?

A

subjective: build relations for the incoming soldier with their new squad/teammates/leadership, take the team out to lunch, have the soldiers take the new soldier out over the weekend, etc. which bolsters their confidence, pride and trust in each other.
