Timeline of Nintendo in brief

- Founding of Nintendo
On September 23, 1889. (by Fusajiro Yamauchi) it was originally a playing card company. In 1949, his great-grandson (Hiroshi) took over and transitioned to a broader entertainment company and eventually entering video games.
- Release of colour TY-game series.
Released in 1979, it featured Simple built-in games like Pong, and it laid Nintendo’s future success in home consoles.
- Release of Game and Watch series.
Created in 1980 (by Gumpei Yokoi), it was Nintendo’s first major success, which led to the development of The game boy.
- Release of Donkey Kong for the arcade.
Released on July 9, 1981. (by shigeru Miyamoto) it was a massive hit and it put Nintendo as a key player in the gaming industry. Then it introduced Jumpman who became Mario.
- Launch of Famicon
On July 15, 1983, also known as NES, it released there on October 1985. It upgraded the home console and revived the VG industry after the 1983 crash. And is one of the best-selling consoles of all time.
- Launch of the Game boy.
On April 21, 1989 (by Gunpei Yokoi), It became a global success, Particularly with the release of Tetris, and it established Nintendo as the leader in portable gaming.
