What value is given to GMT in the time zone?
It is given 0 as we all make reference to GMT
If you lie in a zone to the East of GMT, is the time difference positive or negative
It is positive as it is to the right of GMT, and is similar to a number line.
If you lie in a zone to the West of GMT, is the time difference positive or negative
It is negative as it is to the left of GMT, and is similar to a number line.
