Present subjunctive
Take yo form and switxh to opposing ar/ir ending

When the first part of the sentence is present and you want to make the second part present or future (and you have switched talking to another person/thing)

When the first part of the sentenc is present and you want the second part to be past, and you switched to another person or thing
