It is where the earth axis is

Are the rise and fall of the leves of the ocean

They are caused by the gravitational pull of the Sun and Moon
What causes a high tide
Facing the moon: The moon’s gravitational force pull the water toward the moon.
Not facing the moon: Moon’s gravity pulls earth towards it. This high tide is not quite as high as the one facing the moon.
What causes a low tide
As the moon’s gravitational force pulls the Earth and the water towards the moon, water is pulled to the area between the two high tides.
How many tides there are every day on earth
two low tides and two High tides
What are spring tides
Sun and moon in line with each other. It is Higher that normal high tides and lower than normal low tides. It occurs only during new and full moon.
