A

1- TFT and thyroid antibodies.
2- thyroglobulin levels: suggests malignancy if > 100 mcg/ L.
3- ultrasound.
4- fine needle aspiration.
5- biopsy.

6 - neurological involvement (such as Horner’s syndrome ).
