Presenting symptoms of thyroid cancer

Slow growing neck lump
Discomfort swallowing
Hoarse voice
Signs of thyroid cancer on physical examination

Palpable nodules or diffuse enlargement of thyroid gland
Cervical lymphadenopathy —> suspect malignancy
Patient is usually euthyroid
