A

Euthyroid Sick Syndrome; Low t3, low to normal t4, Normal TSH

Transient Hypothyroxinemia of Prematurity; decreased thyroid levels without elevated TSH; related to immaturity; Low t4 and Free T4 and normal to slightly low TSH

A

Hyper metabolic state with excessive thyroid activity.

Results from transplacental passage of thyroid hormone in mother with GRAVES or HASHIMOTO

Mild: monitor
