What did Charles Darwin do?
Charles sailed on the HMS Beagle in the early 1800s. He saw how different animals adapted differently in the Galápagos Islands. Charles posted his theory in a book called origin of species. However his idea wasn’t accepted until the 1900s partly due from religious groups.

A man who discovered about 1 million species. He was around 1750
