What does Isothenuria mean?
Urine that is neither too dilute or too concentrated
What can repeated Isothenuria samples indicate and why?
Acute renal failure, healthy kidneys will produce varying concentrations of urine throughout the day, kidneys that are no longer functioning properly are unable to concentrate the urine.
What is Haematuria?
Blood in the urine
What does occult mean?
hidden - only visible microscopically
What pathology can Haematuria indicate?
Cystitis, trauma, neoplasia, infection
