What are high risk colorectal polyps?
1/ Any adenomas which are villous
2/ High grade syplasia
3/ Adenomas or sessile serrated lesions over 10mm
4/ Sessile serrated lesions with cytologic dysplasia
5/ Traditional serrated adenomas
6/ Hyperplastic polyps >10mm
FIT +ve -> Colonoscopy normal. How long can FIT be delayed for
