Rightful King by natural order, his hamartia is that he is too trustworthy. He is loyal to his men. Liked by many.
Macbeth:
Wrongfully on the throne, evil, not liked by anyone, driven by his ambition to kill the King.

They go against the natural Chain of Being by taking the throne when that is not their natural place in the world.
