-some acne medications
-cold and flu medications that contain some specific ingredients
-most herbal remedies
some cold medications during the first trimester
excercise
-it is recommended that a pregnant person should aim for at least 20-30 minutes of moderate exercise a day on most days of the week (if the doctor says it is okay)
