Metabolic Syndrome Requirements

A

Fasting glucose greater or equal to 100 mg/dl
Hdl-C < 40 mg/dl in males and <50 mg/dl in females
TGs greater than or equal to 150 mg/dl
Waist circumference > 40 inches in males or > 34 inches in females
SBP greater than or equal to 130 mmhg or DBP 85 mmhg
