Top to Bottom:
1. Self-actualization (desire to become the most one can be)
2. Esteem (respect, status, recognition)
3. Love and belonging (friends, family, connections)
4. Safety needs (security, employment, health, property)
5. Physiological needs (air, food, clothing, water)

1. Alarm Reaction Stage
- Fight or flight, elevated blood pressure
2. Resistance Stage
-Parasympathetic NS kicks in, tries to calm body down
3. Exhaustion Stage
-Result of energy depletion from anxiety
