Silver- lived as clidren for 100 yrs
then suffered from follishness
fought and disrespected gods- zeus killed them all

Bronze- fearsome and warlike
everything bronze

Heroic- more just and noble, demigods
still fell to war (Troy)
pleasent afterlife like Golden

Iron- current age, toil and hardship
moral standards ignored
