This describes Scrooge as being cold inside which also means he is very bitter. It says that the cold freezes all of his features this means there must be a lot of bitterness within him.
How does the quote “ secret and self contained” relate to Scrooge?
This quote relates to Scrooge as Scrooge is secret and doesn’t like anyone knowing anything about him.
