as health deteriorates, and more services are needed by elderly, they move back to urban areas. the early twenty something year olds move back looking for jobs
commuting
the regular movement of workers from their home in one place to their work in another
why do people commute
larger cities have more jobs, but its more expensive to live in them
people live on the outskirts and smaller towns where its cheaper
