Describe the location of cardiff
Cardiff is located in Europe, in Britain. It is in the south of wales, north of the Bristol channel, which leads into the Irish sea. It is the capital of wales and is a coastal city
Why do people want to live in cardiff?
- it is close to the sea
- it has the benefits of living in a city
- beautiful bay
- lots of cultural heritage, such as castles
- two main languages (english and welsh) which make it seem multicultural
- people are said to be friendly

When a city begins to spread outwards

An area of land that has been built on before
What is a Greenfield site?
An area of land that has not been built on before

Re-building and improving urban areas so people move back in
