Dishonestly appropriates property belonging to another with the intention of permanently depriving the other of it
Define property
Property is regarded as belonging to any person having ownership possession or control of it; or
Having a proprietary right or interest in it

Belief that the owner would have consented had they known the circumstances of the appropriation.
Belief that the person had a right in law to deprive the other of the property.
Belief that the owner of the property could not have been found by taking reasonable steps.
