• it resembles a real bank in its functional aspects
  (you can go there and park or withdraw money)
• BUT it lacks the intrinsic power only real bank possess -> therefore its not a real bank, but a zombank

in FUNCTIONALISM there is no “hidden essence”, so no zombank.
