What was the role of San men?
The men hunted for food and skin for clothing. They did not keep livestock.
What is the role of a San woman?
Women tend the crops and collect berries, fruits, wild honey, roots and water.
What is the role of a San child?
San children would help tend the crops, collect food and trap animals.
What does the word ‘nomadic’ mean?
It means they moved from place to place.
How did the San impact the environment ?
They did very very little damage to the environment and they never wasted anything.
