A judge from the high court looks at the decision of the judge from a lower court and decides if that decision was lawful, reasonable and proportionate

A
If a coroner is looking into an unnatural death and has reason beyond doubt it could be a homicide case, the case will be adjourned and referred to the police.
High enough reason to suspect but based on probabilities, can not be confirmed/proven
‘a good possibility’
