Ezekiel 40:1
God took him into the city: Jerusalem
Ezekiel 40:2-4
- Jerusalem lies in ruins at this time
- Ezekiel sees vision of the city being rebuilt
- Man with appearance of bronze
Man with appearance of bronze = ??? = ???
Man with appearance of bronze = Angel of God= the pre-incarnate of Jesus
Ezekiel 43:1-5
- The glory of God is back in Jerusalem
* Ezekiel sees a great hope and restoration
Ezekiel 47:1-2
- There was water in Jerusalem
* Water came from the rebuilt temple
Why was the water significant to the Jews?
- Ancient civilizations were always built next to water
* Jews looked at water as a very special blessing of God
What does the word Hebrew mean?
Trickling down from the temple

What does it mean when something is measured in the O. T ?
It is like a survey ~
It means there is going to be an upcoming transformation
Ezekiel 47:8
- Comes out from the river and sees all kinds of trees
- River is flowing east
- Water gives life even to the Dead Sea
What is the significance of the River flowing east
- Towards Jericho and the Jordan valley
- Jerusalem lies the highest
- Jericho lies below sea level
- Moving from high (Jerusalem) to low (Jericho)
Ezekiel 47:9
Shows that where the river flows there is Life
Water = ??? = ???
Water=Spirit=Life (where the river flows there is Life)
What does the River represent?
River of God represents the Spirit of God
Ezekiel 47:10
Fisherman will be fishing from En Gedi to En Eglaim
Why is where the Fishermen were fishing in Ezekiel 47:10 significant?
Fisherman will be fishing from En Gedi to En Eglaim
- Westside=Land of the Jews
- Eastside= Gentiles (En Gedi)
Jews and Gentiles are fishing for the world = World Evangelism!
Salt gives us what? Which scripture is this seen in?
Salt gives (us) life ~ was used as a preservative
Ezekiel 47:11
What is the message in Ezekiel in 47:12?
- For the Jews the message was clear —> God was going to restore the temple and their land back to them
- For us in the 21st Century the message is clear —> God is going to restore the Kingdom he smashed
What is water used for?
Water is for cleansing, life, beauty, fruit, and healing

- There is life in the Sanctuary ~ Jews get the vision that God will be worshiped again!

What is the price of entering the Kingdom?

Which Valley does the River of God go through? Why is this so significant?
The Kidron Valley:
- Where King Josiah threw all the impurities
- Jesus referred to this Valley as Hell
- Shows that it doesn’t matter if you are living a hell of a life… God can change you
- Wherever the River flows there is life!

- Ankle deep: Amazed but not all in.
- Knee deep: Having Quiet times but not all in.
- Waist high (Greek: Loings: sexual area) :You are pure but not all in
- Fully submerged: Where God wants you!!

- The healing of the nations = The healing of the curse of sin
Why is it extremely hard yet exciting and extremely exhilarating about being called into the Full- Time Ministry?
