Series of interrelated and intertwined phases which commences with the Pre Immersion followed by entering the Community, Community Integration, Community Needs
Assessment Program or Project Implementation, and Termination of the Projects.
Community Immersion Process
Phase of community immersion; trainees will have to prepare themselves physically, mentally and spiritually for many tasks ahead.

Area selection; the marginalized sectors are our target clients because they are the ones needing your assistance

Way of entry; outsiders sometimes enter the community through catching people’s attention, find out which aspect it is that the community will need them for

Way of entry; communities are often called social laboratories because they are place to test theories
Academic Style of Entry
Way of entry; believes on the capacity of the community to participate and acknowledge whether outsider assistance is really needed
