Explain F1: Strategy

A
  • Enables leaders to connect their teams to Our Business by clarifying our purpose in Police and the outcomes we each need to deliver.
  • Using the Strategic Performance Template (SPT) and Group Purpose Statements, leaders connect their teams purpose and activities with Our Business.
  • As part of the end-to-end PHPF performance management process, a person’s SPT becomes their performance agreement that leaders should regularly discuss in terms of how they’re progressing.
